2020 was a big year for Cinquième Baron. Upon opening their doors in May, they hit the ground running and had a resounding response from the community in Aylmer, the rest of Gatineau, across the bridges in Ottawa, and stretching across Québec and Ontario. They’ve swept the style spectrum making top tier lagers, out of this world IPAs, and spectacular stouts.

Since then, they’ve had a colourful lineup of beers spanning the style spectrum including hefeweizen, several varieties of lagers, and a notably wide range of saisons, just to name a few. Through the latter part of 2020, after many months of aging, they’ve also been rolling out bottles from the inaugural lineup of their ongoing barrel program.
