#158 One Thing In Common with Troy Burtch (Great Lakes Brewery)

For 32 years, Great Lakes have represented Toronto craft beer, so it was awesome to finally sit down with Marketing & Communications Manager Troy Burtch at their Etobicoke brewery. Their iconic Canadiana-style labels have imprinted themselves on the Ontario craft beer scene unlike almost any other brewery, and the styles they produce are far and wide ranging - from crispyboi pilsners to classic English-style pale ales, from hazy IPAs to barrel aged stouts, Great Lakes are always pushing the scene forward. We chatted with Troy about how the brewery came about and how the beer world has changed over the years. Cheers!
